Zhou Bohua (Chinese: 周伯华; born July 1948) is a retired politician of the People's Republic of China.
He served as Governor of Hunan Province and Minister of the State Administration for Industry and Commerce (SAIC).
He started working in September 1968, and joined the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) in December 1970.
From June 1981 to January 1982, he was the vice director of the Zhuzhou city economics commission in Hunan.
He was a member of the 17th Central Committee of the Chinese Communist Party.
