Zion is an unincorporated community and census-designated place (CDP) in Centre County, Pennsylvania, United States.

Zion is located in the northeast of the center of Centre County at 40°54′57″N 77°40′50″W / 40.91583°N 77.68056°W / 40.91583; -77.68056 (40.915741, -77.680467).

Pennsylvania Routes 64 and 550 join in the eastern part of Zion.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the Zion CDP has a total area of 2.88 square miles (7.46 km2), all land.

17.5% of all households were made up of individuals, and 5.0% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.
