The Zoram People's Movement (abbreviated: ZPM) is an alliance of six regional parties formed under the leadership of MLA and former IPS Officer Lalduhoma.
In the 2018 Mizoram Legislative Assembly election, Zoram People's Movement emerged in support of some independent candidates and won eight seats.
Mizoram People's Conference left the alliance shortly thereafter[5] due to ZPM becoming a political party.
[8][9] The ZPM was officially registered with Election Commission of India in July 2019[10] after submitting a request on 21 January 2019.
[11] In the 2023 Mizoram Legislative Assembly election, the party won 27 out of 40 seats and formed the government.
