Øystein Ingar Larsen (born 1 November 1941 in Aker) was Bishop of the Diocese of Sør-Hålogaland from 1992 to 2006.
From 1972 to 1979 he was the resident chaplain at Høybråten, from 1979 to 1986 he worked at the School of Theology.
He was appointed the bishop of Sør-Hålogaland in 1992 and held that position until he retired on 1 December 2006.
