The 11th Gaon Chart Music Awards (Korean: 제11회 가온차트 뮤직 어워즈; RR: Je11hui gaonchateu myujik eowojeu) ceremony was held at Jamsil Arena in Seoul on January 27, 2022.

[1] It recognized the best artists and recordings, primarily based on Gaon Music Chart of the year from December 1, 2020, to November 30, 2021.

The ceremony was hosted by Doyoung, Sieun, and Jaejae.
