Severin Løvenskiold Severin Løvenskiold Parliamentary elections were held in Norway in 1841.

[1] As political parties were not officially established until 1884,[2] all those elected were independents.

[3] The number of seats in the Storting was increased from 99 to 100.

[3] Voter turnout was 51%, although only 5.5% of the country's population was eligible to vote.

[4] Of the 100 seats, 43 were won by farmers, sheriffs, church singers and teachers, 41 by civil servants and 16 by people with other professions.
