The 1910 Ole Miss Rebels football team was an American football team that represented the University of Mississippi (Ole Miss) as a member of the Southern Intercollegiate Athletic Association (SIAA) during the 1910 college football season.
In their second year under head coach Nathan Stauffer, the Rebels complied an overall record of 9–1, with a conference record of 2–1, and finished fifth in the SIAA.
Earl Kinnebrew was All-Southern.
