The 1942 Ole Miss Rebels football team was an American football team that represented the University of Mississippi (Ole Miss) as a member of the Southeastern Conference (SEC) during the 1942 college football season.
In their fifrth year under head coach Harry Mehre, the Rebels complied an overall record of 2–7, with a conference record of 0–5, and finished 12th in the SEC.
