1991–92 County Championship

The 1991–92 County Championship was the 50th season of the Liga IV, the fourth tier of the Romanian football league system.

Due to the reorganization of the competitive system, only fourteen teams were promoted to the third tier.

Aurul Negru Pecica and Olimpia ISD Arad played a play-off match in order to determine the winner of Series A of the Arad County Championship.

The match tie-breaker was played on 2 June 1992 at Francisc von Neuman Stadium in Arad.

Șoimii Pâncota won the Arad County Championship and qualify to promotion play-off in Divizia C.
