1999 South Florida Bulls football team

The 1999 South Florida Bulls football team represented the University of South Florida (USF) as an independent during the 1999 NCAA Division I-AA football season.

Led by third-year head coach Jim Leavitt, the Bulls compiled a record of 7–4.

South Florida played home games at Raymond James Stadium in Tampa, Florida.

Cornerback William Pukylo team with eight interceptions and was named South Florida's defensive player of the year.
