The 2002 Sutton London Borough Council election was a local election for the representation of the Sutton district in London.
[1] Borough turnout was approximately 36.3%, which was similar to the previous election in 1998.
[2] This was one of the two wards in which the Conservative party won a majority.
Note that this was one of two wards where the majority vote went to the Conservative and not LD party.
This ward also had one of the worst outcome for the Labour Party across the entire 2002 London Borough Election.
