The 2004 Mississippi Valley State Delta Devils football team represented Mississippi Valley State University as a member of the Southwestern Athletic Conference (SWAC) during the 2004 NCAA Division I-AA football season.
Led by third-year head coach Willie Totten, the Delta Devils compiled an overall record of 3–8 and a mark of 2–7 in conference play, and finished last in the SWAC East Division.
