The 2004 Texas Southern Tigers football team represented Texas Southern University as a member of the Southwestern Athletic Conference (SWAC) during the 2004 NCAA Division I-AA football season.
Led by first-year head coach Steve Wilson, the Tigers compiled an overall record of 0–11, with a mark of 0–7 in conference play, and finished fifth in the West Division of the SWAC.
