The 2005 Texas Southern Tigers football team represented Texas Southern University as a member of the Southwestern Athletic Conference (SWAC) during the 2005 NCAA Division I-AA football season.
Led by second-year head coach Steve Wilson, the Tigers compiled an overall record of 1–10, with a mark of 1–8 in conference play, and finished fifth in the West Division of the SWAC.
