The 2010 Butler Bulldogs football team represented Butler University as a member of the Pioneer Football League (PFL) during the 2010 NCAA Division I FCS football season.

Led by sixth-year head coach Jeff Voris, Bulldogs compiled an overall record of 4–7 with a mark of 2–6 in conference play, placing in a three-way tie for seventh place in the PFL.

Butler played home games at the Butler Bowl in Indianapolis.
