The 2010 Mississippi Valley State Delta Devils football team represented Mississippi Valley State University as a member of the Southwestern Athletic Conference (SWAC) during the 2010 NCAA Division I FCS football season.
Led by first-year head coach Karl Morgan, the Delta Devils compiled an overall record of 0–10 and a mark of 0–9 in conference play, and finished last in the SWAC East Division.
For their 2010 season, the Delta Devils played their home games at Charles Kerg Field in Greenville, Mississippi after Rice–Totten Stadium was deemed unsafe to play in due to structural damage.
