The 2015–16 Tulsa Golden Hurricane women's basketball team represented the University of Tulsa during the 2015–16 NCAA Division I women's basketball season.

The Golden Hurricane, led by fifth year head coach Matilda Mossman, played their home games at the Reynolds Center.

They advanced to the quarterfinals of the American Athletic women's tournament, where they lost to Temple.
