The 2017–18 UNLV Lady Rebels basketball team represented the University of Nevada, Las Vegas during the 2017–18 NCAA Division I women's basketball season.

The Lady Rebels, led by tenth year head coach Kathy Olivier, played their home games at the Cox Pavilion, attached to the Thomas & Mack Center on UNLV's main campus in Paradise, Nevada.

They lost in the quarterfinals Mountain West women's tournament to Nevada.

They earned an automatic bid to the WNIT, where they lost in the first round to Utah.
