The 2019 FIBA 3x3 U18 Europe Cup – Men's tournament is the fifth edition of this continental championship.

[1] Lithuania won their first title with a win against France in the final.

[2] Georgia's capital, Tbilisi, was given the hosting rights.

Six teams qualified automatically, while two teams from qualifiers that were held in France, Italy and Hungary completed the field of twelve.
