The 2019 Penn Quakers football team represented the University of Pennsylvania during the 2019 NCAA Division I FCS football season.

They were led by fifth-year head coach Ray Priore and played its home games at Franklin Field.

They finished the season 5–5, 3–4 in Ivy League play to tie for fourth place.

The Ivy League released its preseason media poll on August 8, 2019.

The Quakers were picked to finish in fifth place.
