The 2021–22 Ohio State Buckeyes women's basketball team represented the Ohio State University during the 2021–22 NCAA Division I women's basketball season.

The Buckeyes, led by ninth year head coach Kevin McGuff, played their home games at Value City Arena.

They received an at-large bid to the NCAA tournament as the sixth seed in the Spokane Region.

They did not participate in the Big Ten women's basketball tournament, NCAA tournament or the WNIT due to a self-imposed postseason ban.
