[1][2] A total of four teams played in the tournament, with players born on or after 1 January 2004 eligible to participate.

Uzbekistan won the title unbeaten to become the inaugural champions of the competition.

[5][6] Initially, A total of 5 (out of 6) CAFA member national teams entered the tournament.

[7][8] However, despite earlier confirmation of participation, the Kyrgyz Republic withdrew before the start of the tournament, citing unforeseen circumstances.
