2021 Northeast Conference women's soccer tournament

The four-team single-elimination tournament consisted of two rounds based on seeding from regular season conference play.

The defending champions were the Central Connecticut State Blue Devils, who won a tournament that was shortened to a single game in 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
