The 2021 Southeastern Louisiana Lions baseball team represented Southeastern Louisiana University during the 2021 NCAA Division I baseball season.

The Lions played their home games at Pat Kenelly Diamond at Alumni Field and were led by eighth–year head coach Matt Riser.

The Southland Conference Coaches Poll was released on February 11, 2021 and the Lions were picked to finish fourth in the conference with 243 votes and three first place vote.
