The women's sprint competition at the 2021 UEC European Track Championships was held on 6 and 7 October 2021.

[1] The top 16 riders qualified for the 1/8 finals.

[2] Heat winners advanced to the quarterfinals.

[3] Matches are extended to a best-of-three format hereon; winners proceed to the semifinals.

[4] Winners proceed to the gold medal final; losers proceed to the bronze medal final.
