2022 CONCACAF W Championship qualification

A total 39 CONCACAF member associations were eligible to enter the qualifying competition, with Canada and the United States having qualified automatically for the final tournament as the top two CONCACAF teams in the FIFA Women's World Rankings of August 2020.

Teams will be drawn into six groups of five, and played two home and two away matches in a single round-robin format.

Should more than thirty CONCACAF member associations have entered, a play-in round will be held prior to the qualifying group stage.

The rankings of teams in each group are determined as follows (regulations Articles 12.3):[3] If two or more teams are equal on the basis of the above three criteria, their rankings are determined as follows: The qualification draw took place on 21 August 2021, 15:00 EDT, in Miami, United States.
