The 2022 FIBA U18 Women's European Championship Division B was the 16th edition of the Division B of the FIBA U18 Women's European Championship, the second tier of the European women's under-18 basketball championship.

It was played from 30 July to 7 August 2022 in Sofia, Bulgaria.

The draw of the first round was held on 15 February 2022 in Freising, Germany.
