The women's high jump at the 2022 World Athletics Championships was held at the Hayward Field in Eugene on 16 and 19 July 2022.

Iryna Herashchenko, Yaroslava Mahuchikh, Elena Vallortigara and Eleanor Patterson all made 1.98m.

Patterson took three attempts to make her clearance while Mahuchikh and Vallortigara were tied for the lead with perfect rounds going.

At 2.02 m (6 ft 7+1⁄2 in), Mahuchikh and Herashchenko missed, then Patterson succeeded on her first attempt to tie her National and continental record.
