2022 term per curiam opinions of the Supreme Court of the United States

[1] Because per curiam decisions are issued from the Court as an institution, these opinions all lack the attribution of authorship or joining votes to specific justices.

In light of their decision in Twitter, Inc. v. Taamneh, which also regarded JASTA and Section 230, the Supreme Court vacated and remanded this case for further proceedings.

Harry C. Calcutt III was the CEO of Northwestern Bank during the Great Recession, when their relationship with one of their customers was allegedly mismanaged.

Instead of remanding the case to be re-investigated, the Sixth Circuit conducted their own review of the record and concluded that enough evidence existed to support the FDIC's conclusion.
