The 2023–24 Bowling Green Falcons women's basketball team represented Bowling Green State University during the 2023–24 NCAA Division I women's basketball season.

The Falcons, led by first year head coach Fred Chmiel, played their home games at the Stroh Center in Bowling Green, Ohio as a member of the Mid-American Conference.
