The 2023–24 Butler Bulldogs women's basketball team represented Butler University in the 2023–24 NCAA Division I women's basketball season.

The Bulldogs, led by second year head coach Austin Parkinson, played their home games at Hinkle Fieldhouse and were members of the Big East Conference.

The Bulldogs finished the 2022–23 season 11–18, 6–14 in Big East play to finish in a tie for eighth place.

8 seed in the Big East tournament, they lost in the first round to Georgetown.

There were no recruiting classing class of 2023.
