The 2023–24 Delaware State Hornets women's basketball team represented Delaware State University during the 2023–24 NCAA Division I women's basketball season.

The Hornets, led by interim head coach Jazmone Turner, played their home games at Memorial Hall in Dover, Delaware as members of the Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference (MEAC).
