The 2023–24 Grambling State Tigers women's basketball team represented Grambling State University during the 2023–24 NCAA Division I women's basketball season.

The Tigers, who were led by first-year head coach Courtney Simmons, played their home games at the Fredrick C. Hobdy Assembly Center in Grambling, Louisiana, as members of the Southwestern Athletic Conference (SWAC).

[1] They were defeated by top-seeded Jackson State in the first round of the SWAC tournament.

[2] On March 20, 2023, the school announced that head coach Freddie Murray would be relieved of his duties, after seven seasons at the helm.

[3] On April 6, 2023, longtime Troy assistant coach Courtney Simmons was hired as the Tigers' next head coach.
