The 2024–25 Grambling State Tigers women's basketball team represents Grambling State University during the 2024–25 NCAA Division I women's basketball season.

The Tigers, who are led by second-year head coach Courtney Simmons, play their home games at the Fredrick C. Hobdy Assembly Center in Grambling, Louisiana as members of the Southwestern Athletic Conference (SWAC).
