The 2023–24 Lindenwood Lions women's basketball team represented Lindenwood University during the 2023–24 NCAA Division I women's basketball season.

The Lions, who were led by first-year head coach Amy Eagan, played their home games at the Hyland Performance Arena in St. Charles, Missouri as members of the Ohio Valley Conference (OVC).

On March 16, 2023, the school announced the firing of head coach Katie Falco, ending her five-year tenure.
