The 2023–24 Lipscomb Bisons women's basketball team represented Lipscomb University during the 2023–24 NCAA Division I women's basketball season.

The Bisons, led by fifth-year head coach Lauren Sumski, played their home games at the Allen Arena in Nashville, Tennessee as members of the ASUN Conference.

The Bisons finished the 2022–23 season 20–12, 13–5 in ASUN play, to finish in third place.
