The 2023–24 North Florida Ospreys women's basketball team represented the University of North Florida during the 2023–24 NCAA Division I women's basketball season.

The Ospreys, led by first-year head coach Erika Lambert, played their home games at the UNF Arena in Jacksonville, Florida as members of the ASUN Conference.
