The 2023–24 Manhattan Jaspers women's basketball team represented Manhattan College during the 2023–24 NCAA Division I women's basketball season.

The Jaspers, led by eighth-year head coach Heather Vulin, played their home games at Draddy Gymnasium in Riverdale, New York as members of the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference (MAAC).

The Jaspers finished the 2022–23 season 16–17, 10–10 in MAAC play, to finish in sixth place.
