The 2023–24 Montana State Bobcats women's basketball team represented Montana State University during the 2023–24 NCAA Division I women's basketball season.

The Bobcats, led by 19th-year head coach Tricia Binford, played their home games at Worthington Arena in Bozeman, Montana as a member of the Big Sky Conference.

The Bobcats finished the 2022–23 season 20–11, 13–5 in Big Sky play, to finish in a three-way tie for first place.
