The 2023–24 St. John's Red Storm women's basketball team represented St. John's University during the 2023–24 NCAA Division I women's basketball season.

The Red Storm, led by twelfth-year head coach Joe Tartamella, played their games at Carnesecca Arena and were members of the Big East Conference.

5 seed in the Big East women's tournament, they lost in the quarterfinals Marquette.

They received an at-large bid to the NCAA women's tournament as they were the last four teams in, where they defeated Purdue in the first four to advanced to the first round where they lost to North Carolina.
