The 2023 FIBA U17 Centrobasket was the ninth edition of the Central American and Caribbean basketball championship for men's under-17 national teams.

The tournament was played at Belize City Civic Center in Belize City, Belize, from 26 to 30 July 2023.

The top two teams from each group advanced to the semifinals; the other teams advanced to the 5th–8th place playoffs.
