The 2023 FIBA U18 Women's European Championship Division B was the 17th edition of the Division B of the European basketball championship for women's national under-18 teams.

It was played from 30 June to 9 July 2023 in Sofia, Bulgaria.

The draw of the first round was held on 14 February 2023 in Freising, Germany.
