Maria Sakkari defeated Caroline Dolehide in the final, 7–5, 6–3 to win the singles title at the 2023 Guadalajara Open.

Dolehide reached her first WTA Tour singles final after saving four match points in the second set of the quarterfinals against Martina Trevisan.
