Zheng Qinwen defeated Jasmine Paolini in the final, 6–4, 1–6, 6–1 to win the singles tennis title at the 2023 Internazionali Femminili di Palermo.

Irina-Camelia Begu was the reigning champion,[2] but she chose to compete at the WTA 125 event in Iași instead.
