The final was played on 30 September 2023 at Glenisk O'Connor Park in Tullamore, between Kilcormac–Killoughey and Clodiagh Gaels, in what was their first ever meeting in the final.

Kilcormac–Killoughey won the match by 0–12 to 0–08 to claim their first ever championship title.
