The 2023 PLG draft, the third edition of the P. League+'s annual draft, was originally scheduled on July 12, 2023 at Taipei New Horizon.

[2] These players were not selected in the 2023 PLG draft, but have played at least one game in the P. League+.
The 2023 Draft Combine will be held on July 5 at National Taiwan University of Arts Gymnasium.
