The Hawks played their home games at Smithson Field as a member of the Atlantic 10 Conference.

Saint Joseph's won their first Atlantic 10 regular season title in program history, amassing a conference record of 17–7.

They were seeded sixth overall in the 2022 Atlantic 10 Conference baseball tournament where they finished with a 1–2 record.
