The 2023 Women's South American Volleyball Championship was the 35th edition of the Women's South American Volleyball Championship held in Recife, Brazil and organised by South America's governing volleyball body, the Confederación Sudamericana de Voleibol (CSV).

Top three of the tournament qualified for the 2025 FIVB Volleyball Women's World Championship as the CSV representatives.
