The 2024–25 Central Arkansas Sugar Bears basketball team represents the University of Central Arkansas during the 2024–25 NCAA Division I women's basketball season.

The Sugar Bears, led by second-year head coach Tony Kemper, play their home games at the Farris Center in Conway, Arkansas, as members of the Atlantic Sun Conference.
