The 2023–24 Central Arkansas Sugar Bears basketball team represented the University of Central Arkansas during the 2023–24 NCAA Division I women's basketball season.

The Sugar Bears, led by first-year head coach Tony Kemper, played their home games at the Farris Center in Conway, Arkansas as members of the ASUN Conference.
